They know what's on promotion, which shoes are discounted and which are the most suitable and practical for me, and they do it all so very smoothly and efficiently - it is truly a science and these guys are the professionals! I should mention I spotted several shelves full of shoes in one corner of the store, all reduced to clear .. and the prices were around half price!
