"Kentucky Fried Chicken - Gladstone, MO - 5813 Antioch Road This is an update: I tried one more time at this location. Once again they did not get my order correct. When I got home I found out that they did not give me the what I had ordered. I am not going back again. I have some other options for chicken. We ordered KFC for dinner this evening. When I got home, I looked at the chicken and it was old, dry and crusty. I tried to call back to discuss but they did not answer. I really like KFC but so many times my order is not correct or the food is not fresh (like today). They didn't seem to be busy - I was the only one in the drive thru lane. I think I am going to finally make a change when it comes to fried chicken"
"ordered standard bucket. received 4 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings.. no breasts. ordered 4 bbq sauce packets.. missing from order. shame that this happens so often from fast food places anymore."
"They were in a rush to get me away from the window. Then I asked about a medium size side and was told only small and large. So I order large. I don't know if they don't have appropriate containers or they lack food quantities but I'm very dis pleased. Best looking thing is the biscuits."
"Stopped in to grab some food for the family. Haven't eaten at KFC in a while, and tbh after this probably be a looong while before do it again. Chicken was dry, overcooked. The skin was practically burnt. I'm sitting here forcing myself to eat it but really more than likely I'll be tossing this mess. 2 stars because the mashed and gravy was as good as expected and the lady at the window was sweet."
"Ordered online. Waited about 10 minutes before someone walked up to the register to receive my order that should've been fully prepared 10 minutes prior. Once I got home and opened tied bag, I get to find an order of large fries I ordered for the family to split about 1/4- 1/2 full. With 16 pieces of chicken. To top it off the chicken was dark and so dry like it was cooked yesterday and just refried. I ordered 8 biscuits and they weren't there. At this point I'd love to have my money back but they won't even answer the phone. This is the absolute worst KFC. This was also the first time I've been able to order in about 2 years. Different reasons include but not limited to credit card don't work, OUT OF CHICKEN, and not enough staff. They were open, just not taking orders.. in the picture of chicken I held up a strip to show the color it should be ."
