Primate House
Located at 1 Government Drive in St. Louis, Missouri, the Primate House offers guests the opportunity to observe primates engaging in their natural behaviors such as grooming, foraging, playing, and parenting. The indoor exhibit features rockscapes, waterfalls, trees, and vines for the primates to climb and jump on. During warmer seasons, some primates may also be seen in the outdoor Primate Canopy Trails exhibit. Originally opened as the Monkey House on January 13, 1925, the Primate House has undergone renovations over the years to create naturalistic displays representing the native habitats of the primates. The Spanish-style architecture of the building, with a buff stucco exterior and terra-cotta trim adorned with simian characters, adds to its charm.
Giraffe
Giraffe is an institution located at 1 Government Drive in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.
