"I had a dog that was mauled by another dog and has a serious infection on his face. The first time I took him in Dr. Story never dressed or cleaned his wounds and just sent me home with antibiotics. This second time around I took him and Story was attempting to clean off my dog's face and startled the dog causing him to jump and Dr. Story hit my dog IN THE FACE mind you my dogs face is swollen with infection. Very irritating and unprofessional"
