"The worst customer service I have ever experienced before in my life was secretary is extremely rude. They don’t care about your animal whatsoever and ask if I had ever been there before I said no and they said they’re not taking on new clients even though they told me, they weren’t busy that day, and my blue black dog was in serious need of medical attention. I kindly said ma’am he’s not a client. He’s my blue black dog and she hung up on me. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend anybody taking any animal there."

"You can't find better poeple than this vet and his staff. The vet knew right away by my description of her symptoms what was wrong and checked her glucose. It was 400 and she is diabetic so he saved her life. He took time to explain how to give shots and patiently answered all my questions."
