"Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Urgent Care is a joke. Call in/walk in all they say is go to the ER. Sprained ankle, "we don't have an x-ray, go to the ER". Kid has a rash, "we can't help, go to the ER" What is the point of Urgent Care if all you are told is "Go to the ER". Even when you call, they are rude. Would rather drive 45 miles to a real Urgent Care than ever deal with them again."

"Tried to call multiple times today to get my child seen. Nobody answered, so I just showed up. Apparently it was lunch time, so I had to stand around waiting while everyone was eating. Several people saw me & didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally someone walked over to help. She informed me that the urgent care is by appointment only & they were full today. I told her I tried to call multiple times, but she didn’t seem to care. Hard to make an appointment when NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE."

"Waited over an hour and a half with my 8 month old for the physician to come in for approximately 5 minutes after she tried to walk out twice and I had to stop her because I had questions about her rapid diagnosis when there was minimal evaluation/conversation of condition. She diagnosed my 8 month old baby with a double ear infection. I made an appointment with the pediatrician for a second opinion and my baby was completely misdiagnosed and had RSV. No ear infection at all. Nurse was A+ and the secretary was nice however literally every other aspect of my experience was absolutely awful."
