"Just really would like to praise Gary and the guys at Walmart Sedalia Tire and Lube shop. Had a bad experience with our Marshall location, Gary offered to set aside a set (I was on my way to the store and we couldn’t figure out how to prepay for them) this was about to be critical for my family, and I really appreciate his empathy and understanding. This was not a norm that they are SUPPOSED to do, but I’m grateful he cared and HEARD what we had just went through and found a reasonable solution. Tires are being installed and will be back on the road shortly. Thanks guys!!"

"User Experience: Google Maps GPS took me to the back, however, signs said something about trucks only, so I drove to the front of Walmart all the way down on the left side where an auto care center sign is. I wasn't sure what to do, so I parked in side parking lot, went inside customer door, and asked for oil change at the service desk. They said to park in front of the lane in which you are getting service. I got an oil change and check up—lube lane in front of the garages. I am assuming, if the lanes were full, then park on the side parking lot or come back another day, lol. Overall, I am happy with the service just be a nice and patient customer. You can go get indoor exercise and or shop while you wait 1–2 hours, lol."
"Waited for over 2 hours for them to mount and balance one tire. Went in and was told it would be done right now. Waited another hour and it still wasn’t done. Went in and the techs we giggling and joking with each other without doing any work. Absolutely ridiculous."
