Michael Dalton, a proud Missouri native, has dedicated 100% of his career to personal injury law, amassing tens of millions in settlements and judgments for victims and their families. His educational journey began at the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in English before attending Mizzou Law. Furthering his expertise, Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, equipping him with unique insights into product liability cases.

Throughout his career, Michael has honed his skills at renowned St. Louis law firms, focusing on serious personal injury claims, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, products liability, and mass torts. In 2017, Michael co-founded O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin, LLC, continuing his mission to champion the rights of those harmed by negligence or dangerous products.
