"My doctor left the practice and I was referred to Dr. E. Maylack. I really liked her on my in person visit. However, I had routine lab work performed that showed I needed a re-check in 2 weeks. When I went for the 2 week recheck, I did not hear anything about my results. When I called over a week later, I was told the doctor was too busy to look at labs. Took me 3 phone calls over a week time frame to get my results. I had my bi-annual, bone density test performed. I waited over 2 months to hear from the office on those results. I, again, had to make numerous phone calls to get my results as the doctor was "still" too busy to look at test results."

"Ridiculous and unprofessional practice. Babylaine was beyond rude to me on the phone when listing my symptoms and did not pass my message on to the doctor until I called three times. Apparently they don’t take sick patients. I was told I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment after I had been having symptoms for over a month. Emily basically yelled at me on the phone and was so condescending when I listed my symptoms to her. Absolutely no help was given to me. I was told everything was because of “the weather”. I was also told Dr. Maylack was “so busy” she could not call me back which is ridiculous. I will be finding another doctor ASAP."

"Dr Kranbuhl has been my children's pediatrician since birth! We absolutely love her and the staff at Esse Health. Dr. Kranbuhl has a smile that lights up the room and makes you feel welcome. Madison her nurse is also very compassionate and kind."
