"They never answer t the phone, and they never call you back right away. It's gestural days later. One agent said she would return my call as soon as possible, then on Friday, 4 days later, she said she was out of the office all week? Would have been nice to know on Tuesday. They just don't seem to care."

She has over the years and most recently in the last few days got on the phone to help me with any issues I’ve been having. Several times we have been faced with decisions as to stay or go to a less expensive company because of cheaper policies. "Very rarely do I take the time to write a review but Kyle and Heartland have made my Insurance needs a billion times easier and I would scream THANK YOU on top of a mountain if I could! I called Kyle looking for business insurance and within an hour was set up and good to go. Since then, I have been slowly moving all my insurance needs over and doing so has saved me thousands. Last month I was in an accident and totaled my vehicle, Kyle took my call right away and had the claim posted in 30 mins. If you have ever gone through an accident and had to deal with insurance companies you know how daunting this can be. "Small Business Owners - Steer clear of this agent. They will not properly maintain your policies and provide sub-par service. We were a client for 7 years with zero claims. It was an annual chore to get the agent to provide a copy of our policy or to provide copies of our insurance certificate to our bank and clients to meet our contractual obligations. The final straw however was when we called our agent to ask a question about a line of service we might wish to add (international.) The agent was fully aware this was an exploration call -- we did not have this work and the chance we would get the work was very small. The next thing we know we get a Notice of Cancellation of Insurance. When we called the agent he was very surprised and said that an underwriter in Charlotte had made the decision because we "were thinking of doing this work!" So we called underwriter's office in Charlotte and spoke at length with the managing director who read me the notes in the file that said our agent had called them and he recommended our policy be cancelled because we were going to do this work. Unbelievable. Not only is this agent incompetent he is untruthful."
