"More broken planes UA 4506 delayed missing my connection and of course it’s mechanical it’s been always something with this airline lately. Fly weekly for work premier 1k and I haven’t seen this much mechanical delays in years"

"(STL-Newark) STL-EWR - 7/16/2024 (6:08 flight but delayed due to lightening on takeoff) I was traveling with my adult girls, and I typically will not review unless it is extremely great service or horribly wrong. This flight had some serious turbulence but was maneuvered without your stomach dropping down to the floor. What struck me was the staff. They were absolutely beautiful, both men and women. I know, this sounds a bit bizarre, but the crew was so kept! Once again, I understand this isn't such a big deal, but having their selves so put together and smiling along with keeping the passengers updated on the flight's turbulence, typically doesn't go hand in hand with the ENTIRE crew. A special thank you to the entire crew for landing my family safe in NJ and keep up the great customer service."

"United Service and Flights are great but... latest experience left me stranded... My flights were cancelled for my return flight. Got no response from the airline for 48 hours, I purchased new tickets and requested a refund for the cancelled flight. No refund was granted no matter who you speak with."

However, for United Airlines, even accumulating significant mileage feels futile when considering the risks associated with flying under their banner. Relinquishing 180,000 frequent flyer miles is not just a gesture of frustration; it's a declaration of lost trust and confidence in the airline. In conclusion, United Airlines' negligence has not only tarnished its reputation but also endangered the well-being of its passengers. Travelers must heed the warning and seek alternative options to ensure their safety and peace of mind. "The United Airlines at St Louis Lambert International is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the ticketing process was seamless. My only issue was when I arrived at the airport I was the last passenger to deplane the aircraft, but I still waited approximately 20 - 25 minutes at baggage claim to receive my bag. This process needs to be streamlined, overall this was a good trip and I will United Airlines to/from St Louis again."
