Cox Family Medicine Residency, located at 3800 South National Avenue in Springfield, Missouri, offers a unique and engaging family medicine education experience. As Springfield's only ACGME-accredited residency program, we provide residents with a well-rounded training that prepares them for the broad scope of family medicine practice. Our experienced faculty, many of whom are program graduates themselves, are dedicated to helping residents succeed in any practice setting. Residents at Cox Family Medicine Residency gain substantial experience in maternity care and inpatient training, with many graduates going on to become hospitalists or perform cesarean sections without fellowships. We also offer a separate track at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Springfield.
