"I paid him to do taxes, close a business, and amend my previous year taxes. Everything was fine but amended taxes. They weren't filed correctly it took months of back and forth with irs. Still haven't got my irs return. They recently closed saying wasn't filed correctly. Had to get an advocate involved. He won't answer any text either. Not worth the money I paid for all of it."
"I left a review a while ago with just stars, but I do want to say that this family owned business has always done right by me. The son of the founders is currently the only employee as far as I'm aware and he isn't afraid to speak his mind on some things, so if you don't want some extra free advice this may not be the place for you. I've never had an issue with my returns and I have come back year after year a reason. I don't know if Rob is accepting new clients, but I do know that my most complicated tax year was nothing for him; He can handle complicated IRS nonsense like it's nothing."
"Have been going to Richardson’s Tax Service for more than 30 years. They were wonderful people, extremely knowledgeable and stood behind their work. When Rob took over their business there was never any question about where to go now. He follows their beliefs and is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Would recommend him to anyone."
