"Beening seeing the docs for several years. No problem. First time I actually purchased glasses was horrible!!! Initially, when ordering glasses, they did not ask if I wanted insuranace. When picking up glasses, the gal told me the only thing covered is the frame because I had not set up insurancee at the time of ordering ---- even tho they did not ask or discuss with me. The lenses fall out of fmy frame at least 2 times a week. AND the lenses are no better than what I had, so I strongly suspect they used the old subscription. My husband and I won't be back!"

"I've been coming to Arnold Eye Care Center since I was 7 years old [I'm 32 now], and that should be enough to tell you that this facility is amazing! The doctors are very professional, and educate us about our eye health and what will happen during the entire exam. I enjoy picking out new frames or updating my current lenses with Leah and Jane, they are very knowledgeable about what shape frame compliments the shape of your gave, as well as explaining the different add-ons for lenses from transitions to scratch resistant coatings. I've had contacts since I was 16 years old, and Michelle is very patient and friendly. I remember when I first wanted contacts, she stayed an hour past closing to help me insert and take out my contacts - she is seriously the most patient person I have ever met!! This has really stood out to me that she went above and beyond! Some of the office staff, and technicians have changed over the years, but I have always received the same care! 100% recommend them to everyone!"
