"This practice seems to just want financial gains out of people who carry really good insurance. I will not be taking my childeren here anymore. Even though the staff has always been nice & professional; their motives were not. We felt manipulated & they were going to put a 6 y/o under general anesthesia to pull teeth. As soon as we asked around for a second opinion (this is not common), we cancelled her surgery. The general anesthesia coordinator's (Lee) demeanor changed once we did that & she became very rude. She was rushing us off of the phone so she could, "get another kid in here." Sounds like a quota deadline. From here on out, I will be taking my children to my dentist. Needless to say, we will be getting our anesthesia down payment back of $1150. They stated, "it was more preventative for her adult teeth." UNECCESSARY!!!"

"I must say this place was a breath of fresh air! We needed a fresh start for my son’s dental care, and our first visit here exceeded our expectations! We love the physical environment — fish tank, beautiful paintings, television, and desk to use while filling out paper work, along with overall positivity. The staff was incredibly friendly, informational, and patient. My son typically has extreme anxiety but felt calm at this place. We will be returning!"

"Dr. Shen is super sweet and always goes into great detail of how the appointment went and if any work needs to be done. She does an excellent job. Both of my boys love going to the dentist because of her. The secretary is also very nice. Love the aquarium the boys could stare at it for hours."

"I was so anxious about bringing my 5 and 7 year old in for their first dental visit ever. I was worried I would be judged, or at least get a raised eyebrow when they saw it was their first time at their ages. Everyone was so incredibly kind though. Dr Dan and his staff are wonderful, and my boys really loved their visit. Thank you everyone! You made all of us feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time!"
