"Metrolink driver (Red-WB to the airport) that picked up at the CWE on 5/23-5/24 @4:32 is the nastiest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She has absolutely no business working with the public. She has a very nasty attitude. She apparently is not afraid of getting reprimanded because I called and spoke to her supervisor a few months back however nothing has changed. I believe Tracy is her name someone from Corporate should look into the complaints that have been made against her!!"

"Their service is horrible, they always delay the trains and bus and love making people late for work. Don't get me started on the workers driving off on people standing at the doors, speeding like maniacs and don't have good customer service skills either. Never depend on their times they never follow them."
