"I won’t get into the details, but my life turned upside down in July. I didn’t know how to care for my above ground pool. My choices were to take it down or find someone to help. I didn’t want to take it down. After calling a few places, I finally got a response from Doug at Indian Summer Pool. He stepped up to the plate and got my pool up and running. While I wasn't able to use the pool this year, my guests were able to enjoy it. Virgil has been awesome. He’s so helpful. If he doesn’t know something, he’s texting Doug on-site for info. Thanks guys! You’re the best."

"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for a my pool to be closed for the year. That's roughly what I've paid the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs just felt like charging $1100 to close a pool. I didnt know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again. RESPONSE** For the record. My pool was drained below the returns. You told me I needed to add more water. You don't have your facts straight Doug. You even put the hose in and said I needed to turn the water off in a couple hours then you left! I can give you security camera footage if you'd like. The fact that his response is not taking any accountability. And saying you didnt read the fine print, then proceeds to explain that the pool wasn't drained enough is pretty humorous. How long does it take to drain the pool 6 hours?? Regardless of all the back and forth between Doug and myself. You can see by Dougs response. This company doesn't really care about doing right by the costumer. He cares more about being right and charging people ridiculous amounts of money than taking care of costumers. Which is another great reason to find a different company to work with. Do right by the costumer. They are going to charge you $203/ hour. And to Indian Summer Pool & Spa. It takes them 6 hrs to do a simple pool closing."
