"The staff presented as friendly and professional. My room was functional and pleasant, and amenities were as expected. ALSO Noted: This is another Hampton that defies Hilton's order to discontinue Dark and Light Roast Coffees on offer in the lobby (that taste great), as part of the new "offer less charge more" policy, and switch to only a taste-free (blah) Regular blend - these rebel Hamptons rock!"
"Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The pool was heated and so clean, the workout room was nice, we got to use the Home 2 workout facilities, too, It was bigger with more equipment. The walls are so thin. I could hear everything. Neighbors above and voices from the rooms nearby. The ones staying across the hall had a dog that kept barking well past 10 pm. When I informed the front desk about it, they were very quick to respond. The fire alarm went off one evening, before 10. False alarm. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I do recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!"
"The only good thing about this places is the locations. Supposed to have a pool and hot tub. Doesn’t have either of them. We are silver members or whatever and didn’t get drinks. When I mentioned drinks they told me that there was a vending machine if I’m thirsty. Went to go use our second blanket and it was nasty. We always stay at hamptons when we go on vacation but we will now be finding a new hotel to go to."
"They are in the process of updating the hotel. Pretty sure our room has already been done and it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great."
"1st floor is currently being remodeled and the pool is down as well, but you can go next door and use there's. All the rooms are recently renovated and are well maintained by the staff. Breakfast is always hot and fresh coffee is out early."
