"I'm a tenant. Decent neighbors, so far maintenance has been quick to respond. Some small issues, but for the price and the very secluded environment my dog and I really like it. The restaurant Beijing next door are very very rude and try to Instigate any opportunity to yell and gripe at the apartments but otherwise I really like it."

"If you want to sell drugs, attack a pregnant women, have everything worth value, including important files, food stamp card, MO ID, Medical cards, Goveenemnt cell phone, come home from hospital after being attack, to find your door to your apartment is completely OPEN and discover the door is completely ofc these hinges due to them taking out the pins inside the hinges, Have a landlord who, acts like he's Cares, about all of concerns and worries, and ends up retaliating and supporting the drug dealing punks, that go in and out of an apt close to u, (630 West pine Apt #1)(Poplar Bluff MO) that DOESNT live there, nor on the lease, allows CERTAIN Apts (2) to do this and then usimf them to to RETAILIATE against anyone who complains too much (Me) and ends up getting robbed, attacked, and told He is tired of the cops being there all the time, and I didn't FIT IN, and maybe it was best for me to move out. I stayed and all this happened within 30 days after he came into Missouri, ONLY, to take care of my concerns, by installimg a camera by MY APT DOOR & ONLY entrance in and out, but Did not do this as he said he would and was his purpose foe coming into Missouri To apt complex. He did not do this .....after 2 weeks of him staying There at apts, all of these things happened to me....and just so happens that the security cameras he has didn't get a clear enough OUTSIDE footage from camera angles in and around apts. incl Camera angles were on EVEYONES APT, Entry points DOORS, 630 West pine Apts...on my building 630 West Pine Apts... EXCEPT APT #3 ( ME) And the other upstairs apt, next to mine, His: (#4) Back/Front/ 2nd entry/exit door but not mine, like I had requested FEBUARY 15 th, just two weeks after moving in. At 630 West Pine ware myself and a representative from Catholic Charites he woman who showed the apt to mewhich did eventually. SOME O"
