"Came here a few months ago. At the time they were only open 2 months. They were out of some things but I enjoyed my food and drink. Dec recommend the bread and butters and the drink with the egg whites on top. Service was excellent. I can’t wait to come back."
"I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, it was pictured with bread on Google Maps. While waiting for my order I saw that someone else ordered the same dish, theirs came out with bread. Mine was delivered to me without bread, when I asked the waitress about the bread she brought out pumpernickel rye. Which was not the bread pictured in the photo. They also were having supplier issues, they were not selling chicken wings, the Calypso salad, and some type of patty."
"be sure to make reservations if you want to sit around the pits...we sat in the rear bar...the mixologist was very welcoming and played an interesting variety of world music, which satisfied a music nerd like myself...he also mixed me a concoction that tasted like nothing ive ever had before, the ankle breaker he made for my date was also very tasty"
"One of the top places in the city for quality cocktails. They have a great selection of hard-to-find liquor and a classic yet modern cocktail menu. Atmosphere is wonderful and service feels very homey and friendly. I haven't had the food (yet !), but can say without a doubt the drinks will not disappoint. Highly recommend a classic daquiri made with Probitas rum !"
"Ate at this restaurant following a recommendation from a family member. Food was on point…delicious. Specialty cocktails…10/10. We had the NOLA style BBQ shrimp and it was perfection. Also had the Adair with Spiced Shrimp. Both dishes were perfect with the chosen spices. Sampled the Breads and Butters as well and the pepper jelly was fabulous. I had a spiced pineapple margarita and it was amazing. My brother had the “you’re killin me smalls” and it was so good he had 2. Desserts were wonderful as well. Can’t recommend this place enough. Low-Key atmosphere, great outdoor space too."
