We've lived in both St. Louis and Minneapolis and tried several Eastern European restaurants and nothing compares the pelmini, olivier salad, and borscht at Astoria. The owner will greet you and make sure you're taken care of from the moment you step in. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true Russian cuisine experience."
"Let me say this place is on point. Fast service, delicious food, friendly wait staff, nice atmosphere and fully staffed bar. We went during the week, but they do have traditional live music on the wknds. Get the Borsch and Pelmeni. Chicken Kiev was awesome with potatoes."
