"By the way, Fed Ex located in Office Depot, you don't need a battery sticker to ship a lap top. Only if there were two, or I was including a cell phone with the lap top. So, thank you for wasting my time. It pays to know what you're doing! Not sure who to blame the guy who told me they could help me, or the girl who walked over and told me all of a sudden they couldn't. I knew it didn't sound right, but what can I do? It was confirmed that they could've shipped the lap top for me. Maybe it was time for their lunch break? This location gets 1 star for a lack of knowledge, for wasting my time, and for giving me this bogus reason after I'd began the process there--when it wasn't even a legit reason."
