"Dreadful customer experience. You can buy everything OD sells on the web or Amazon. Why would anyone go through such misery? The exec team is out of touch with the customer and clearly no one has voice of customer on their radar. Very siloed and no autonomy. The place is a disaster. It took 8 months to finally resolve my issue. Most of the employees admitted management has no clue and they were disgusted at how long and how silent the company was in resolving."
