"Truly amazing experience from start to finish! Sarah was extremely helpful with setting up our reservation and went the extra mile with all of the questions we had and making it work with our schedule. We even had to cancel because of our schedule but immediately when we asked if we could resign up, John just reactivated our reservation (that had already been canceled and didn’t make us redo anything) and got us in 30 minutes later! Made accommodations for us to store our motorcycle. John and Sarah both were amazing and made our experience great. Excellent communication. Truly above and beyond customer service and top notch security as well, which is great peace of mind. Would absolutely recommend Storage Inn to anyone!"
