"After reading the reviews I tried to reject the load delivering to this place but my company made me take it because their computer says I could deliver it on time. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. I had an 8:00 PM appointment and arrived here 7:05 PM. I was unloaded and left the place before 11:00 PM."
"Absolute nightmare. 8 pm appointment for live unload and now 2 am still nothing. At least 100 trucks in the yard waiting to be loaded or unloaded. What a chaos! If this place is one of your stop, stay away and don’t take that load to keep your mental health. They cannot estimate when you are going to be done. Why do i even have an appointment again, seriously? What a joke!"
"Personally I had a nice experience. Checked in at 20:30 got a door by 21:30. Paid lumper 23:00 and got my paperwork at 23:30 for one pallet and I paid lumper $137."
"See my experience is completely different. Got here super early. Got a door right away! 9 pallets and 5 hours later here I wait! This place is a joke. Won’t be back EVERRRRRRRR! They have trucks of their own you would think they would understand that time is a valuable commodity! Nope not at all!"
"We have an appointment at 2am checked in at 127am...the security at the gard shack said they dont open at 2am and snarkly said we have to leave and come back....there are MANY other drivers clogging the road leading into this place, and the off ramp. In order to reposition ourselves to get back in line, we had to get back on the highway go up an exit to get ourselves turned around...the exit you take is now backed up to the highway...because of the check in line. It is currently 229am and still have not gotten checked in....for our 2am appt. If emergency services needed to use this exit they wouldnt be able to..."
