"I've been a Kum & Go customer since 2012 in many states. Never had a bad experience or an experience that wasn't terrible. I am giving this review today because the cashier "Bubbles" at the truck stop location in Springfield, Mo., off of Kearney and US 65 is extremely unprofessional. He didn't greet me. He was texting on his phone during the transaction. He didn't respond when I said thank you and asked for a bag. He looked as if he was stoned. That's fine on your own time but, dang, trying to pay for my stuff."
"Always friendly, fast service. Wide variety of snacks, to in house prepared, typical fast food options. Environment seems and feels for the most part...safe. (Mo. Hwy patrol headquarter is just down the way) Also very lit up for those who are traveling into late evening or very early morn traffic. Plenty of space/room for semi and/or RV parking, or just privacy for a quick nap if you've been travelling, as there is easy/quick access to 44 and 65 highway."
"I have been a customer of kum and go ever since they bought git n go. I have always had good service but Matt at this location is exceptional. He is fun, courteous and speedy. I know when he waits on me he will brighten my day and he is quick and efficient. You need more employees like him."
"Came in big rig. Not a lot of parking however they have fantastic food options (pizza, burgers, sandwiches, fresh dried chicken, salads, fruit etc) with m any healthy options and private room for drivers to eat in. Also laundry available to CDL holders. Definitely recommend. Signed up for rewards in truck and it got us free water, slice if pizza and 15 cents off a gallon for fuel and more."
"For the truck stop part of this place I don’t intend to do business with them since they were bought out by maverik. They want truckers money/business but have actively gotten rid of truckers amenities. They have showers but are getting rid of them. They no longer do cash advances when fueling. Plus their diesel is higher now than I can get it other places. So no I won’t do business with a company that so obviously has no respect for the drivers that make their business."
