I regret not getting the name of the individual who helped me pick up my trailer, since he went above and beyond to ensure I got a trailer and everything was working. "The truck had half a tank of gas when I picked it up and I drove it literally 16 miles total yet somehow they feel it's proper to charge me $20 for gas. When I used 2 gallons at the most. That's wild. $10-$20/gallon? Messed up. Shady and unethical. They wanna nickel and dime you for the privilege of driving very old trucks with no way to roll the windows down, saggy cushions, bad shocks, etc."

"I have gotten many services from U-Haul in the past week to gear up for our move to Tucson Az. I got a hitch put on last week and got the trailer attached today. We had a few issues today. First the pickup location was a different location than I was given. Once we got the right location, the hitch was missing the ball to attach the trailer therefore I had to go back to this location as they did my hitch. Mr. Chuck was very helpful and took care of the entire situation. He put the missing hitch part on and went to pick up the right sized trailer from a different location because they had none in stock. Moving day craziness but Mr. Chuck and the store manager at this location came to the rescue. I appreciated their kindness, understanding and helpfulness through this entire situation. They were very professional as was the other staff that assisted. I/We my partner and I waited in a nice waiting area and the manager brought us some cold bottled water. I have no complaints about my service today at this location. Thanks Mr. Chuck and the Store Manager. There is a small parking lot as well as street parking. This establishment is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a restroom located in the waiting area. They have all types of other moving supplies for your moving needs. They also have propane tanks and refills. We bought a lock for our trailer from here today as well. #Tonetta"
