"I do not live here but I was helping my dad apply for an apartment. We applied December 17th and still haven’t heard back. They’re are also pretty bad at responding to emails. So if you’re looking for an apartment do not apply here! Wish I would have seen how many one star reviews they already had before applying."

"Management is very rude. Latasha was the only one who talked to me like she cared. New management sucks, I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before moving into this place. Nobody wants to live somewhere with rude management who doesn’t care or even fix anything. Patty was rude before she left now they have another Patti in the office who’s also rude and look at you crazy. I just want out & as soon as I get a chance to move I’m gone and never looking back. They give racist vibes and I feel very uncomfortable living here."

"I would like to inform you that I am formally requesting a complete reimbursement for both my initial and second rent payments, as well as the termination of my lease agreement. It has been several Weeks, months since my floors, walls, kitchen, and bathroom were removed, without any replacements being made. Due to this ongoing issue, I will be pursuing legal assistance regarding this matter. Please note I moved here in September."

"I was nervous looking at the reviews initially but liked the location so went ahead to see if the new management had improved since all these negative reviews. I asked in the Month of September to be able to look at a unit to get a feel for the community. I did not get a chance to look at the unit I would have been renting until mid October. Things were sketchy from the start at not being able to come in and tour any units. I was told to wait and apply/ pay the ridiculous administration fee before I was even able to tour the residence. I was then told after looking at the residence they offered me that everything was non refundable even though the leasing team was not truthful with the appliances and condition of the apartment. I asked if there were other units I could look into but was rejected and told that was my only option. I even told them I was not on a time crunch and could wait but they were pushy and seemed to want to get rid of this unit. The office staff was rude when I did not like what they were trying to push me into. I would not recommend living here there are better properties in the area for similar pricing that are much nicer."

"We have been here a month. The AC has gone out. No one will answer our phone calls. My partner and I are literally sick from the heat because it's warmer inside the apartment than outside. I told them my partner works from home. They knock hard on the door while he is on a call for only a few seconds. By the time he is able to put the person on hold to get to the door the maintenance person leaves. The roofers are here from 7am on a Saturday to 6pm even in the rain, which is against the law. It's an OSHA violation. There are ants everywhere. We have put in multiple maintenance requests. I stopped by the office this morning. The sign said open and the door was unlocked. When I explained my partner was getting sick from the heat the maintenance person accused me of lying. I try to explain that we are afraid of any medical bills that might result from heat sickness. I explained it was hotter inside the apartment than it was outside. They kicked me out saying they were closed. Then the manager came out to my car and yelled at me. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Called me, "sweet pea", and told me to get some fans. I was then told not to come back into the office. There is a reason all of their recent reviews are one star. The apartment complex was bought out and it has gone down hill. We also requested to rent a washer and dryer. We were told that we would have it one week from moving it. We still don't have it. Perhaps this review will get someone to fix our AC. This is a fair housing issue. We are giving them about 24 hours before we call them. They are legally required to put us in a hotel if they can't fix it within a few days. We are on edge and going crazy. The pictures look really nice, but those were taken years ago. The cabanna is really dirty. No one seems to clean it. We're at the point where we're interviewing lawyers to see if there are any options or a way to get any medical bills paid that result from the heat. The owner replies to these, so I thought they were trying to do better. That's why I gave this apartment complex a chance. Dealing with management and maintenance is just not worth it. You have been warned. Update. It's the next day and they fixed the AC after a week of it being broken. The trick is to mention the National Housing Association and be serious about calling them. They're great. Update after the owner responded: legally, they were required to put us in a hotel, as the temperature outside was above 85 degrees and considered an emergency when it went out. They accused me of lying instead. I have lived in the midwest for 27 year. My whole life. Only my childhood home had ants. I have never seen them spray for ants. If they are doing anything to get rid of them, we don't see it. We have been here almost 4 months and we still have no washer and dryer. We put in a maintenance request weeks ago for our garbage disposal and dishwasher. No one has come by to fix it. There is construction constantly and because my fiance works from home, he has been asked to stop working early on several days, which has cost us hundreds of dollars. It's comical that the owner didn't even apologize. I think that's all you need to see to get a feeling of management. Again, you have been warned. They SEVERELY over charge for what they give you, in my opinion."
