"Getting there was not the easiest, when gps took me here road said no outlet and I thought I was gonna have back up a block or 2 with 5th wheel camper. Site was level and perfect. Toilets were clean and worked perfectly as with showers. We did hear a gunshot that was close, within couple hundred yards, wife and kid were real paranoid after that."

"Perfect place to stop for a few days heading back East from Colorado. Yes, the rate is slightly higher than most but you are a mile from adorable downtown St. Charles and 20ish miles from St. Louis. Yes, there is a bit of noise; which you can expect staying in more of an urban area vs the country mountain side. Sites are level, concrete, no issues with anything, fabulous water pressure. The only thing I wish they had were slightly bigger pull throughs to accommodate the ever growing larger rigs. My husband and I live and travel full-time in our 47ft Toyhauler so with our long bed truck there was no room to put our back deck down on these cooler autumn evenings. All in all, would probably stay here again if passing through. Thanks yall!"

"This RV park is noisy with airplanes taking off overhead and the active railroad right next to it. Many overbearing rules. We were forced to move our camper the other way cause the owner didn’t like where we had it. No rule broken , owner made us move after we had setup. Will not be back. We brought firewood and fire pit , not allowed. No fire Camping friends put on other end of park and two spots opened next to us. Owned by the elderly"

"This campground is located in the city west Charles and resembles such. There us no shade . No swimming pool or other amenities such as playground/ dog park / rec. Center / cabins / or fire rings . The driveways are paved and sites are concrete. There there is grass between the sites which have ample space between the sites. The sites are level and come with full hookups. As is typical with city's that have airports there is the jet noise when flight paths change. This is a very good campground for the purpose of visiting the city and overnight stays. The restrooms are very clean and the grounds is well maintained. The overall facility would be a 5 star. One word of advice----- make sure you have your Good Sam membership number and your license plate number ready at check-in. Or else everything comes to a grinding hault! The ladies at the desk will not lookup membership number and their personality changes immediately!"

"We enjoyed this well kept resort for three months. There is so much to do in the area within just a few minutes! St. Charles is full of history, live music and great coffee. The friendliness of the staff made our long stay a memorable one! You will enjoy great customer service, spacious, level, concrete pads, clean facilities and endless fun here!"
