The Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall, located at 518 South Fountain Street in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is a state-of-the-art performance space within the Cultural Arts Center on the River Campus. This 950-seat hall is the perfect venue for musicals, plays, dance concerts, and large instrumental and vocal music performances. Adjacent to the hall is the Robert F. and Gertrude L. Shuck Music Recital Hall, a beautifully transformed space with historic stained glass windows and seating for 205 guests. Students at the Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall have access to practice rooms for applied music and music ensembles. These rooms are locked and can only be accessed with a practice room access card, available for a fee through the Department of Music. Additionally, practice rooms in Brandt Music Hall on the Main Campus are available, but require an 'After Hours' pass for access after 8 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.

The Loretto-Hilton Center for the Performing Arts, located at 130 Edgar Road in Webster Groves, Missouri, is a renowned institution that houses both professional performing arts companies and the Conservatory of Theatre & Dance at Webster University. The center, built in 1966, was the first facility in the United States designed to accommodate both a professional acting company and an undergraduate theatre arts department. The center features a 763-seat auditorium with a three-quarter thrust stage and flexible bay seating that can expand to accommodate additional patrons for popular performances. The Repertory Theatre, one of the professional companies based at the center, recently moved into a new, state-of-the-art 454-seat house with the latest in stage technology.
