"I understand now why they have a 2-star rating I don't know what postmaster is running this place but this is by far the worst post office I've had to deal with. The manager is very rude. That's unacceptable behavior coming from a position of power. The postmaster should be ready and available for customer's concerns and issues. I asked about my mail and I was met with disrespect, simultaneously another customer walked in saying they hadn't received their mail as well."
"Went there for a simple question and the lady just cut us off! She was extremely rude and there was no reason for it! There were ZERO customers in line and we had one simple question."
"Mishandled mail causing the packaging to be damaged and undeliverable. The packaging was removed and contents returned to me in a plastic bag. When i took it back in to have it remailed the lady claiming to be the supervisor Christina Lewis claimed says that they dont care and i have to pay to ship it again.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION."
"My package said do not bend , the postman bent it around and stuffed it in the mailbox. I took it to the post master, showed the do not bend stamp on it. He tells me if it doesn't have a cardboard backing , he can't tell... took the information , asked me to reach out to the company to replace the documents. Well... they cost $650 and is a license , no one is gonna replace is for free. Asked me to ask the company if they had insurance on it. I will have to talk to someone else for the damages now , they are very unprofessional"
"Once again this post office delivered my package to the wrong address. This happens at least one out every 10 packages that I have delivered. This post office has been a complete disaster for the last 10-12 years. Packages get delivered late or to the wrong address all the time. Rude customer service when you go into the post office. When are they finally going to hire a decent competent manager and postal carriers?"
