"First off when setting up an appointment on line 2 sperate times I scheduled and sent a confirmation Number. Turns out that location wasnt even open on the days i wanted to set up an appointment. After calling they said they were able to get me in and sent me to another location that wasn't open as well. I called one last time to where the 3rd person I talked to sent me to yet another location. They stated that they will inform the 3rd Lemay location that I am on my way. I showed up and nobody was informed. She wasn't able to do my taxes then due to "no appointment" told me to leave them with her and she would take care it. There was no No upfront pricing. To file a non filer and 1 w2 cost over 600$. When asked how much it would cost before i left them with her she said a non filer would be around 70$ real cost was 155$ and that was with a 40$ off coupon she applied.. 1 w2 would be anywhere from 325-375$. 450$ with another coupon. Wasn't aware of the final toto cost until a week later when I was informed that they were done and I needed to come sign. Even over the phone she stated she thought it was 350$. I will never use them again.. and do not recommend them. Especially the jackson Hewitt located on Lemay. 1 star is still too high of a rating."
