"Don’t use these people. On a day when the roads were bad with ice and snow for my first appointment, they didn’t even wait 10 minutes for me! The park lot was confusing, they gave me the wrong room number, the door to the building was locked. PLUS, I couldn’t call them either to ask them how to get in or where they even were (it went straight to the answering machine). Didn’t even call me to ask if something happened. Tells me how compassionate they actually are. People come here for mental problems, and they don’t even treat you with decency of waiting for a few more minutes on a bad road day. What an ordeal."
