"This place has been nothing but unprofessional. We started with a marriage therapist a few months ago. She left the company out of nowhere without any kind of warning at all. We were switched to a different therapist who was told we were new clients. She couldn’t find our notes with our last therapist so we had to start fresh. She ended up finding our notes. We were unable to attend our last session due to childcare issues and left a message that morning, had not heard from anyone and we were charged for the session. Holy cow, I kept wanting to give them another chance but we’re done here."
