"Get ready for amateur hour or 3. Show disdain for drivers. Avoid this place if you can"
"Complain from our driver and from me personally! This place is terrible. The staff lies and speaks rudely. This is a first confirm serve place, but they unload what they need and do not take turns. After waiting for many hours, they tell drivers who are waiting for unloading that their appt is at 1 pm and when a company representative calls their supervisor they say that appt is already at 2 pm and etc…….. We strictly do not recommend doing business with this company"
"I'm unable to add any more disappointment than what has already been expressed about this place. 02:15 waiting to get into the gate, it another 00:40 and counting (at time if this review) to actually get unloaded. This place must think they're a grocery warehouse as slow as they're moving. If I ever see UFP on a rate-con again, I'm sending it back to broker unsigned."
"Seriously the worst. Don't worry about your appointment time if you're delivering, as their business doesn't care. Even if you're parked and waiting at opening time they'll make you wait 5 hours just because. Hopefully never have to deal with these guys again. Would rate 0 stars if I could."
