"If i could give no stars i would. Do not hire Silverback Plumbing. They installed my tub and shower incorrectly after telling my carpenter that he put the studs up incorrectly. This is supposed to be a reliable company and the man would not even look at the instructions so he could properly install the tub and shower enclosure. Jessie the owner of Silverback Plumbing told me that my carpenter installed the studs incorrectly and that was wrong. Jamie, my carpenter, followed the instructions precisely. The plumber, Jessie, told me over and over that he has been doing this for 13 years but he’s never seen a tub enclosure like this one. I asked him if he has never seeen an enclosure like This before why would you not look at the instructions? He had no answer. He told me that he did not want to come back and finish the job that he was paid to do. Quite frankly, I dont want Jessie or his company back in my house. We fired him. He is an incompetent plumber that does not follow instruction because he has been doing this for 13 years. He did not put adhesive on the walls or seal the tub enclosure. He flat out told me I was wrong and he has never puts adhesive on a tub and shower enclosure. I read the instruction and yes you use adhesive to install and seal it. The placement of the faucet and handle is just ridiculous and can not be fixed without buying a new enclosure and moving the plumbing. I just want to be able to trust people when I pay them to do a job. This man’s thinks he has done no wrong. I would like some opinions on this. I also text him today to show him the pictures of the improperly installed faucet and shower handle and he told me I was wrong again."
