"Quick. Friendly. Thorough. Prompt. Fair. Tim was quick in responding to my request for service. When all the other repair companies told me they couldn’t see me until the next day, Tim showed up a few hours later. He was prompt in getting to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem for my Kenmore refrigerator, and had a simple solution. My refrigerator needed a new seal for the freezer section. He had to order the part which meant he couldn’t finish the job that day. However, he kept me updated on the part’s status then scheduled a follow up appointment to finish the job. When the seal arrived, he was prompt on returning to finish the job. He did a thorough job and fixed other minor problems related to the main issue. During both visits Tim was friendly, personable, and efficient. His price was more than fair and exactly what he quoted me from the very beginning. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to my friends."
