"I was hoping that this office would be able to help me but I was not aware that they do not take insurance. The staff is friendly but I never got to see the provider unless you pay upfront. The free consultation turns into bait and switch. They didn't really look at my forms but immediately went into sales mode. It cost $2900 plus dollars and they do give you several payment options & did mention maybe insurance might cover it. Beth did tell me to call my insurance and see what percentage if any they would cover. I called my insurance & was told I need a code. I called Restorative Health and ask for the coding, so that I can find out what my insurance would cover. I was told they can't give me a code without being seen from the doctor, which then would require payment. I'm disappointed because I'm trying to budget & see if this would be a viable option but it all makes sense now, they really don't care to help me out but interested in making money & paying upfront. Disappointed!!!!"

"Never, never, never use this place. They "encourage" you into having blood work taken at the initial consultation. That fee is $500. I told them to please let me know what blood work needs to be completed and I will have my primary physician order it. I would have had it completed at my local lab for a simple co-pay of $10. But I was told with resounding and mean-spirited tone, "NO. No lab except ours is capable of doing the tests which this specialty requires." What does that even mean? The day prior to my next appointment, I was told by Restorative Health that my blood work was a little unusual and they could not help me. Soon thereafter I asked for my money back. I have been hung up on, transferred from person to person (but never one in authority), and was told very rudely to basically get lost. I have been doing research on this place and have found many, many complaints filed with BBB and other agencies. My advice is to never ever use this business for anything."
