ARCpoint Labs of St. Louis West

"This places was the hardest place to find. My communications were with a company called IdentoGO and then some of them said IDEMIA. Did not have signage for either anywhere. I never saw ARCpoint Labs when making my appointment. The front of the building on the road does not have an address on the sign or building. It looks like you are walking into an orthodontist office. I watched 6 people walk in after me asking the same question, "Am I in the right place?" I was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes early and ended up being 20 minutes late. I spent 30 minutes driving back and forth where I thought it should be. I have things to do other than this. Provide proper signage. I even pulled over to call this place, IdentoGO, but there was no phone number listed. I now see it's because it's ARCpoint. Who is ARCpoint? As of right now, I have no idea what this company is called. How could I refer it to someone else? The branding needs to be consistent and there needs to be a some sort of signage. Even a visible street number would be helpful. There was a small yard sign staked in the ground that said something about TSA that I saw on my 3rd time of turning around on Olive. Even a mention of the side road, intersection, would have been helpful. I've attached a picture of what you see from the road and then what you see when you are in the parking lot behind the building. What is IndentoGO vs ARCpoint vs IDEMIA? This is a mess. Help customers have more success with your using your service. The guy who did it was quick and it was easy but that's not what I'm going to remember."

"Is it weird to say I had a delightful experience at a TSA screening? Well, I did. Miss Cassandra took great care of me, greeting me in a friendly manner and took me back to a room very quickly after I signed in. From there, she took all the requisite forms, scanning them while chit-chatting with me and making what could have been an anxious, or, at the very least, boring, experience, pleasant and easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and SO glad I went, as it was a task I'd been putting off for months."

"The manager of this place (Scott) is a prick like me...I like that! They work fast; however, they are through. I didn't get where I am by giving money away, carelessly. I had to confirm some details before a service was rendered. Once I confirmed those details, I didn't wait long to get everything done. Highly Recommend!"

"Staff was excellent and very polite. Was taken back almost immediately upon arrival. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I haven't received my email receipt yet. Other than that everything was really good."
