"Not only did I get my to go order 30 minutes late and they were out of gravy but we also were given burnt grilled chicken tenders and burnt sirloin steak. Just ridiculous."
"I recently dined at Cracker Barrel in O'Fallon, MO, and overall, it was a good experience. The highlight was definitely the food. I ordered the Hamburger Steak seasoned with a garlic butter glaze and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. The accompanying sides were a perfect complement to the meal, and having the choice of hand-rolled Buttermilk Biscuits or Corn Muffins was a delightful touch. Additionally, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our meal. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. A cleaner environment would surely enhance the overall dining experience. Would recommend for the food and service, and I hope they take the cleanliness feedback to heart."
"Great service. The eggs benedict was really good! The knockoff for a star is because there was cling wrap in my eggs benedict probably from the food prep. The waitress took the piece and apologized and said the manager was looking over the grill but I guess I just wanted the manager to say sorry or a discount for plastic in my food. But it was still good"
