"I had a great experience with ServPro. Josh and Ivan were timely in their visits, and proficient during the remediation of my bathroom issue, which was caused by a roof leak. Josh explained why they removed the portions of floor, walls and ceiling as he went along. They worked well together and each day cleaned up any Sheetrock and tile that was removed. They also vacuumed and swept any impacted areas before leaving. They were also careful to not damage doors, walls or stairs upon entry and exit of the house when removing their work tools and the large bags of debris from the bathroom area. Both men were very pleasant and helpful in understanding the process."

"The crew and staff were always helpful, but I have to say, I'm not sure they're really great when the whole world's falling apart. The mitigation team was great but the person who did the recon estimate was audibly complaining to me about the work they did. Of course I couldn't tell the difference but it was apparently important enough there. I was told that the Servpro recon team would be working out final details after a month my insurance adjuster told me he hadn't received Servpro's estimate. It takes two to tango, as they say, but I think it's fair to ask for someone to follow through and be sure. I've made repeated attempts to get in contact with my guy, and the office would put me in to his cell phone, but I wouldn't get any response, just a thumbs up. I understand that my pipes broke when everyone else's broke too, but if I need to do something, tell me to do it, and don't say you're gonna. I love Lee's Summit but some of these stores need to stop assuming you should know and take the time to make sure."
