"I love this place and spend way too much money here. I must say I lately prefer Northern Tool and drive an extra 35 minutes to shop there because they provide a 10% discount for Veterans whereas Harbor Freight does not. I will always give preference to stores that provide special discounts for first responders and veterans."
"I love harbor freight, sadly this wasn't a very good visit. The manager, on the phone said he was able to hold an item for my mother and I, however didn't ask for any identifying traits. He later sold the item after we had driven 30 minutes to the location. I understand that there was a fault on both sides and I will contest that. Overall the store is very clean, well organized, and has a friendly vibe. Honestly I'll likely return to this location at a later date, so there will likely be an update to this."
