"This company works wonders for climbing out of debt and building credit. The feature where you can prorate one payment to multiple debts is awesome and you can change the payment as you go depending on financial circumstances, they know how to run a business and help!!! Helped me out so much"
"Unfortunately the "Credit Counselor" had zero credit counseling ability. I very clearly stated my need - how much additional credit did I need to maximize my FICO 8 score potential? Should this be done by adding revolving credit - new card(s), rolling over a balance to a new card or through a loan -- either secured or unsecured. I could only get a parroted response on disputing my credit. There is nothing to dispute I am 100% current with no negative reporting - or negotiating a reduce pay-off -- I am not trying to shirk my responsibilities. Appears the goal of MMI is to pull the free credit report available annually and teach you how to dispute the reporting. Would not have left a negative score but instead of going over my options I was simply sent to a recording on pulling the free report. Poor service all the way around."
