"I just had surgery today, again . I'm very disappointed with my family not being updated. The nurses said the Dr called 2 times but everyone knew my Significant Other was out in vehicle in their parking lot with full service (Verizon). This is also the many times that the Dr doesn't come in before a surgery or even a procedure. He is the only surgeon that I have that doesn't greet their patient. I do know he was an extremely busy Dr today but that's No excuse when it comes to patient care. I use to love this place and btw I sure PA Pilsner . She was the absolute best. So caring and has awesome bedside manners which seems to lack at this office and some of the workers n doctor or PA"

"I have spina bifida and I need an actual urologist but they changed their policy and tried to make me see a nurse practitioner from now on unless I need surgery or have an emergency so I will not be going there ever again...they basically told me that my spina bifida is not an important thing to see a urologist for...terrible customer service"
"Absolutely terrible customer service. After a family medical emergency with one of our children the night before the scheduled appointment they denied my husband because he was "past his 15 late window" - even though he was 1) in the office waiting in line within his 15 min 2) had a reasonable excuse as his paperwork stated was acceptable and 3) was physically wearing the admission bracelet with admission date presented to show he was not lying about the situation. Take your money else where."
