Fox Family Dental

"I’m surprised this place is still in business. Before visiting for any major dental treatment, carefully read my review and if you’d like to continue, proceed with cautions. Keep it mind, it has been 2 years since my experience. I came back to town and saw “Fox Family Dental” on Kingshighway, to my surprise they are still in business! This place claimed to be a family business, but nothing about this office is family friendly. I mean no disrespect to the ladies at the front, but a smile goes a long way! Let’s go deeper into this “family dental” business. Mr. Fox suggested I should get a root canal, trusting his expertise, I agreed. We then talked about the estimate, I’m unsure about how much, but if this is a legit business: numbers are documented. I proceeded with the treatment. After the surgery, he told me that the final step is the crown and I am not ready for it until my root canal has healed. Even though the final step has yet to be completed, you must pay for the root canal before leaving the door. I then scheduled 2 weeks out for a checkup and to have my crown put on. Spoiler alert: it never happened. I came back and my spot is not fully healed so we scheduled another 2 weeks. Came back again, he said that I need to go see another dentist. I can’t recall the name, but I am guaranteed Mr. Fox can. I proceeded to make an appointment, and what do you know! I need to have another root canal that I am financially responsible for! Dear Mr. Fox, Please STOP your business. You are incapable, morally and professionally. Due to my financial situation, I lost that tooth! Why Mr. Fox? If you couldn’t do it why did you? Is it the money? I pray for you Sir. I don't mean this with any disrespect, I am hoping you stop claiming an undeserved expertise. Please, for others and yourself. I truly wish you well. Update: To my surprise, Jim Fox reached out to me. As expected, Jim is being nonsensical. In his logical mind: if you were to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you must go to another vendor and purchase the same thing in order to get a refund. Ok Jimmy. He suggested me to build trust with my provider like he claimed to be trustworthy with his practice. Jim, life happens, why are you using my missed schedule against me? Is that why you didn’t try your best on the “experiment”? Did you know how I come up with that money? From my missed appointments. Isn’t the goal of these appointments are for me to schedule less appointments? Or better yet, non at all, if you were consistent with your practice. Maybe, that’s how trust is formed…? My claim above is valid and Jim has yet to prove me otherwise. I suggest everyone go to a legit practitioner. Cape doesn’t over much options, but I do wish everyone the best if you decided to go with the limited options. Thank you, Jim, for your attempt."

"Amazing experience for my son! After an unnecessary and traumatizing experience at another dentist’s office last week, we sought better care and a second opinion, and learned that the $5k of work the other dentist wanted to do to my son’s baby teeth was not needed, and most of the teeth are perfectly fine! Only one will be getting an optional, simple filling to preserve function until it falls out. So glad we went here at the suggestion of my colleagues!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family dental clinic."

"Professional, and awesome I can't speak highly enough of this practice. I have been horrible to my teeth for 50 years. They are in terrible condition and its entirely my fault. So I went with Fox They filled several teeth, and three months later I managed to break a tooth up in the root, again entirely my fault. They took me in the very next morning, extracted the broken tooth and fixed me right up. Then they didn't even charge me, I said at least hit me for an office visit. And they didn't. Wow just blown away by their generosity here. Went above and beyond of what I expected. I'd give them more stars but I'm limited to five."
