"The lady was on her phone while taking my order. The iced coffee is not good at all. It tasted like nothing I ever had before. And they also microwaved my buns right before they gave them to me. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned cash somewhere with poor customer service and microwaved sweets."
"Roll was good. Service sucks. No English. Had to point at menu to order. 1 tiny napkin. They dont have any knives. Had to stab at it with a fork to cut it. You know its a messy thing to eat. Give out some napkins and knives!"
"Cinnamon rolls were okay, however our service was beyond poor. The employee didn’t give us any napkins, he ripped our cinnamon roll in the process of extracting it and on top of that he broke the box where the bun was supposed to go. Room for improvement. Product good. Customer service really poor."
