Aspen Dental - Arnold, MO

"I went to Aspen Dental in Arnold, MO. for a free consultation for a broken crown. I have called 11 times & sent several e-mails to receive an estimate in writing. I have received countless calls and emails from Aspen stating that I have appointments that I never scheduled. I was toldthat need a deep cleaning 1st that was $3,500 (my ins would cover $1,000). The lady at the check-out pressured me to make this appointment. I informed her I want to pay cash so it would be couple months. She advised me to apply for a loan for the $2,500 & it would only be as a back-up & I wouldn't be charged until I received treatment. I signed the LCD & did not receive a copy of this "loan" through them. I just received a bill from Care Credit for a $66/mo fee ( a 5 year loan), and I have not received any dental treatment from Aspen. So, now this deep cleaning would have cost me $4,960. My primary dentist's fee for the same procedure is $789. I will be contacting the MO DENTAL BOARD, THE AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOC, THE CFPB, THE FTC, THE MO ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND MY ATTORNEY. This seems like a big scam to me."

"Aspen dental promised me I could transfer my Invisalign after I moved states, then after I moved I was told I had to pay for it all over again and start fresh. They have taken my money and they never return my calls. They don't treat you like a human. They treat you like they just want you in and out of the office."

I am always nervous having dental work done but Jill is always a calming and soothing presence. She is also very knowledgeable and professional and really adds to an overall pleasant experience."

Dr. P, her assistants and the female office manager who walked me through my treatment plan, were all so gentle, friendly, caring and sympathetic to the awful pain I’ve been in. Then I was able to get in the day following that to have oral surgery completed."
