Membership into the troupe is determined through open auditions for male and female dancers between the ages of 8 and 18. Rehearsals take place on Saturdays and Sundays at the Krupinski Academy of Dance in Chesterfield, with performances held at the Skip Viragh Center for the Arts Theatre in St. Louis.
