"Disappointing! We stopped when driving through Cape Girardeau because it had good reviews. The food was over cooked and lukewarm. We usually love local hometown restaurants but this one was very disappointing!"
"A nice tucked away diner in Cape Girardeau! I didn't get their waffles, though after seeing other patrons enjoy them, I will be sure to order some the next time I go there. The food was filling and agreeable, though the scrambled eggs tasted rushed in the fact that the onions and peppers that were mixed in were undercooked. The bacon is thick and cooked well. The atmosphere is in line with most rural diners - "Live, Laugh, Love" kind of thing. The prices are good and the coffee is hot! Definitely worth a try if you enjoy diner experiences."

"WOW!! The pancakes were truly the biggest I've ever seen!!!! The were absolutely wonderfully too!! Got the grand slam with double bacon, and the over medium eggs were great!! There were many cool things on the walls to look at, and both the staff and patrons were very friendly and welcoming for my first time there. Would absolutely go back but maybe order a smaller breakfast lol"
"We stopped here on our drive through town. I have to say that I'm so thankful we did. Our waitress was super kind and welcoming. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, french toast and pancakes. Everything came out fresh and so very delicious (the bread for the sandwiches was so delicious and the french toast was prob one of the best we've ever had). Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast experience overall! ☺️"
