"I came here months ago after hours and the door wasn’t working when I tried opening it with my card, even tried my phone but that didn’t work either. Today (Saturday) I was I the area, stopped by to grab some cash, and it is the same thing. No working door to access the ATM. Complete failure of the purpose its existence. I can go to any other Chase bank in this wouldn’t be an issue, but for some reason this location has a persistent issue with accessing their ATMs before or after hours."

Chase offers a variety of different personal accounts as well as business accounts, investment accounts, credit cards, loans, and even property for sale. The app is super user-friendly and all-inclusive. I opened 2 accounts, and both the gentlemen were awesome to work with! I am so pleased with my decision!!"

"Wow. I've had my account with Chase for almost 10 years and for the longest time did not have to pay for 3 checks that I would literally only get every once in a blue moon when I lived up in Illinois. Then I decided to move across the bridge to St. Louis and the first bank ever that I use charges me three dollars for a small sheet of checks that I will be using to pay my rent with because I can't do online payments, which also charge a fee for payments. Every place is nickel and dime-ing everyone for everything. Plus, Chase also almost allowed my account to dip into the negatives instead of declining! It may be time for me to look for another bank and cut ties with Chase."
